Rated 1 out of 5 by from Out of stock yet again! Again an item was not in stock at the store even though it said it was in stock online when I ordered. It was also not in stock at the other store when I asked the staff member to call and ask. She was very reluctant to do so but said she checked and they didn’t have it. This has happened several times where I place an order and when I arrive at the store some items are not filled because they are not in stock. When I asked when they would be in stock, I was told they don’t know and they have no control over what items come in their deliveries. Ridiculous! They also do not offer to ship out of stock items unless you have an order over $150 and select ship rather than pick up in store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from waste of money I bought these to replace previous nippers I purchased from SalonCentric years ago. These were the only option in store. HORRIBLE. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They aren’t sharp, they are slow to cut and just cause me to further rip any hangnails. I’m really disappointed.
