1. Twist up 3x
2. Swipe once onto clean, dry skin. A little goes a long OUAI. 
3. Let it dry before getting dressed to avoid transfer.
4. Twist down 3x before replacing the cap.

Reapply as needed—especially post-workout or on hot days. 

Use daily for best results. Like skincare, consistency is key.
