1. Shampoo & rinse thoroughly.
2. Skip conditioner.
3. Take one pump of Bond Repair Balm & mix together in your hands.
4. Apply to strands, starting at the eyeline & working down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes hair feel soft and healthy I LOVE this product, only reason why I don’t give it 5 starts is because in the repair department I think other brands have “stronger” products, however it does make my hair feel healthier, I use it as conditioner at least once a week and im obsessed how my hair feels after.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Softer than when I started I really wanted to love this product. I did. I was more let down than impressed. It doesn't work for everyone. I have followed directions to a T. I have tried layering other conditioners on top to make it work better, it just isn't what I want it to be. I cannot comb out the hair after I am done rinsing and when done drying you can see every broken hair standing up and out. Of course as a stylist I know how to make this better but this is the opposite of what this product is suppose to do! Every once in a while I will have someone that it works exactly like it is supposed to! I love it when that happens! I do clarify and chelate nearly all of my clients, we live in an area with very hard water. It does smell like a little drop of heaven 😊 I could wear it as lotion or body spray! Sorry for the disappointing review, I rarely leave them, especially on new products but this one is truly disappointing.
