Application: Clean dry or damp hair. 


Processing Time: 20 minutes at room temperature.

If anything it pulled out some of the previous toner and made it more yellow. I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I get way better results with the Colorsync & Joico cream toners.

You are supposed to be able to watch the color and wash when ready. That was new for me as other formula you process for 15-20 min. I could have left the product on longer but it did give a nice cool result.

After processing used Matrix tonal control 7na Neutral + Chill for a root tap and the Matrix tonal control 9v Iced Out on her freshly highlighted hair. Achieved the cool blonde she was going for.

They really kick the brass and any unwanted tones out of your clients hair. I love the consistency of the toners as well as they're easy to apply and control. The longevity of these toners are unmatched, and I feel that they actually last the full 6 to 8 weeks. I highly recommend any of my stylist friends to give these a shot.

The 9V is absolutely gorgeous and lasted on a client 5 weeks. Her hair was shiny and manageable and faded beautifully. I'd recommend.
