What It Does

• Provides up to 9 levels of clean even lift with 79% less breakage*

 

• Lifts the darkest bases to platinum in one service

 

• Pre-Bonded with citric acid + glycine to protect bonds to keep fibers strong – no bonder additive needed!

What Else You Need to Know

• Ideal for all hair types including dark bases and all hair patterns

 

• Ideal for all lightening techniques •Hair feels healthy and moisturized + looks shiny after use

 

• Fast initial lift + controlled remaining lift

• High Riser Pre-Bonded can be used on all starting levels including levels 1-4 when maximum lift is desired.

 

• When using on lighter levels (5+) it is recommend to use either 10 or 20 volume Matrix Cream Developer and to check lifting action frequently.

 

• For Balayage and/or Free Hand Techniques: Mix High Riser with 10 20 30 or 40 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat.

 

• For Highlights in Foils: Mix High Riser with 10 20 30 or 40 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:1.5 ratio. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat.

 

• For On-Scalp Applications: Mix High Riser with 10 20 or 30 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Do not use 40 Volume. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat. Do not cover the hair. Do not gather hair in a bun.

I used it on a client who wanted some brightness around her face, so I lifted with this lightener and then deposited a semi-permanent on afterwards. The consistency was nice to work with and distributed onto the hair really well and provided an even lift which is most important! I only had my client process with 20 volume for 20 minutes to get just enough lift to show off the brighter red. I also noticed there was NO damage. The hair didn't even feel remotely compromised. I'm very impressed with this product and will continue to use for my clients with stubborn hair.

Timing was a bit long then 15minutes. Lifted to a nice golden blond. Didn't fry the hair and it match up to previously light hair perfectly. Love that it has bonder in already. would definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confused I don't understand the purpose of the bleach. I used it twice so far. The first time was on level 5 virgin hair. I believe I used 20 volume. It didn't life higher or more quickly than light master. Then I used it again on hair that had been dyed a level 1 with a Demi permanent. I've included a picture from this service. The left side is light master and the right is high riser. The high riser took longer to lift and didn't lift as light as the light master!!! I even used a high volume developer! I don't think this bleach works the way they're saying it does. It lifts, but it lifts painfully slow and less levels than light master. I don't understand why they felt the need to create another bleach when light master works just fine.

I used 20 vol like normal and it took like twice as long as it usually did with another brand. I'll use it if I have it but I'll definitely be using a higher developer next time
