Food For Soft provides 7x more moisture for up to 72 hours when used as a system of Food For Soft Shampoo, Conditioner, or Mask & Oil vs non-conditioning shampoo.

Then I use a little bit on my ends when my hair is dry and for touch ups on next day hair. My ends look way better and are less frizzy between washes. The only thing I don't like is the dropper I wish this was in a regular pump bottle.
