Rated 3 out of 5 by Anais from Moisturizing but can go to ashy I tried it on a few clients. Some worked great others left muddy look. Most of the clients that I tried it on were orange brassy none work slightly on the yellow tone so I didn't think it would turn muddy. I know it depends on the hairs porosity but I don't really like taking the risk. Will stick to a more indigo based toning conditioner.

My cool-toned toner was just fading and my ends felt slightly warm and brassy. Just one time using Brass Off & it was gone. I'll definitely continue to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Liz from Highly pigmented I used this product on a client with long, thick, 4N hair with natural red highlights. She tends to pull red so I was hoping this would help curve it. It did. It's highly pigmented, so be careful when applying and rinsing. I did notice a slight difference so I'm sure with time, it'll improve even more. I do recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bella from Worked Great I recently tried Matrix Brass Off Pigmented Conditioner. I lighten my hair so to help keep it the tone I like can be hard. After using the Brass Off Pigmented Conditioner, I saw instant results. It definitely helped with toning down the unwanted tones to my desired look. It has a nice smell to it and it wasn't to heavy on my hair which is nice as I have finer hair and some conditioners can weigh it down. I would recommend this product, especially in between colors to help brighten and bring it back to life.
