Matrix's BlondeMax 20-Volume Oil-Powered Developer is the dedicated developer for BlondeMax 9+ Lightener, designed for all hair levels and textures to deliver our fastest, cleanest, and most even lift for the brightest blonde.

What It Does

• When used with BlondeMax 9+ Lightener, it delivers up to 9 levels of lift for the brightest results.

• Boosts lifting efficacy while maintaining curl definition.

• Combine with BlondeMax 9+ Lightener for a creamy consistency and controlled, precise application.

What Else You Need to Know

• This developer is for professional use and ONLY to be used with BlondeMax 9+ Lightener.

• Suitable for all hair levels, textures, and patterns.

• The oil-powered developer is also available in 30 (9%) volume. The 10V oil-powered developer is coming soon.
