Daily (or as often as desired):
1. Shampoo with Malibu C Swimmers Wellness Shampoo.
2. Follow with Malibu C Swimmers Wellness Conditioner.
At least once a week:
1. Shampoo, rinse and pour Swimmers crystals across wet palm.
2. Rub hands together, adding water to dissolve crystals.
3. Apply and scrunch throughout hair, then allow to remain on hair for up to 5 minutes.
4. Rinse.
5. Shampoo, rinse thoroughly.
6. Apply conditioner,* then rinse.
7. *For damaged hair, Malibu C Miracle Repair is recommended.
