De-Ox is an anti-oxidant product that will stop the oxidative process of an oxidative chemical service.

What It Does

• De-ox stops the process of oxidation that was started when a developer or activator is combined with a chemical such as color or bleach

• De-Ox is extremely cost effective for the stylist to use on every client that is getting an oxidative color or lightening service

What Else You Need to Know

• All of Malibu C's products are vegan and made in the U.S.

Activate one packet of De-Ox in 9 oz of warm water. Shake to dissolve crystals. Apply to hair that has had an oxidative product used such as color or bleach. De-Ox instantly stops the oxidative process which if left active could cause damage to the hair.

It’s perfect for applying after rinsing bleach out and before toning to normalize porosity and help the toner take evenly. I also love that you can mix up a full bottle and keep it for a while, so much better than wasting half a packet.

It also is amazing to use in my foils to stop lightener when it is done processing. I love that I can mix this up and it lasts for days!!! Another way I like to use de-ox is on any kind of chemical burn Imay have gotten from getting lightener on my fingers. Takes the burn away instantly!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aubrie from Can't imagine my life without it! Used to be that you needed to use your precious Crystal Gel to stop oxidation, but now there is this more economical option! DeOx is a must after any lightening or oxidative color. Apply it to your foils that are done processing when the rest still need a bit more time. Run through the hair for 60 seconds to stop damaging oxidation. Restore pH and porosity before toner. So many uses!

It saves the integrity of my guests hair by stoping oxidation in under a minute. Also evens out the porosity for better results on my following steps! The price per use is pennies. I can mix up one sachet and use it for a couple days.
