• The solution: Metal Detox.

Before a color, balayage or lightening service:

• Spray (Mist) on dry hair, focusing on the lengths. Keep the trigger spray 8 in. away from hair.

• Short hair - 8-10 sprays.

• Long hair - 15-20 sprays.

• Let it air dry, while prepping formulas.

• Do not rinse. No added time needed.

• Follow with color, balayage or lightening service.

Not sure I could see or feel a difference but it did leave the hair soft and shiny after. I do like that you can just spray in the hair and then proceed with the coloring service. Will keep using to see if I get different results.

But clients with hard water, I'm not sure that it made a huge difference but time will tell. The hair did feel softer and stronger after a lightening service with my platinum blondes.
