1. Separate wet hair into 2 sections


2. Apply 2 to 4 pumps per section depending on length. Work the product through lengths and ends for 1 to 2 minutes until a light lather appears. Detangle.

3. Do not rinse. In a layering technique, apply Metal Detox shampoo directly over the top, then rinse and follow with the routine.

I give rave reviews on the mask, so I'm confident that this step will add to even less breakage and better color longevity. The scent is OK but not desirable.

My hair felt softer and shinier. I have been using the system for a month and have received several comments about how healthy and shiny my hair looks. It is a nice light scent and a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely recommend this to my clients and friends.

This is very comparable to a high end metal detox treatment. This pretreatment is meant to be used as directed! Do not rinse out before shampooing for best results.

I prefer the pre-treatment spray over the pre-shampoo treatment. However, it did seem to add into the hair feeling extra fortified and giving it a little added boost to help with the overall health of the hair. It seems to be better on medium to coarse hair and not so much on fine hair.

I didn't realize just how bad my water was depositing on my hair and making it look much darker and brassy. Will be retailing this to all blondes that come back brassy and may start suggesting this over purple shampoo
