What It Is

An anti-frizz blow-dry oil that contains smoothing agents to provide a long-lasting, anti-humidity shield which controls the hair.

What It Does

• Smooths and controls frizz with pro-keratin oil complex.

• The light, water-soluble formula, seals the hair giving it a fabulous shine and controlled smoothness.

What Else You Need to Know

Enriched with Evening Primrose Oil. This oil is full of Omega-6, a fatty acid indispensable for healthy hair. The penetrating oil enables the facilitation of smoother hair, allowing for it to be stronger and easier to brush and blow-dry.

Apply to damp hair and style as normal. Can be applied to dry hair for a taming effect and added shine. Do not rinse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from As Shania would say; That Don't Impress Me Much Upon receiving this product in exchange for my honest review I was very excited to give this a try! It was a generous sized product, with a nice pump for easy application. The product packaging is a pretty opaque purple which not only looks good, but also helps monitor the amount of product left inside. I remember twisting the top off to check the product out, and at first was very off put by a familiar smell of a cheap hairspray. However, for some reason after applying to hair it does NOT smell the same as straight from the bottle. I would say applied to hair it has neither a good, nor bad smell, simply neutral. I applied this after washing my hair, and was happy thinking my hair was receiving some nourishing moisture it so desperately needs. The product seemed a little on the runny side for me to think it was truly targeted for badly dry and damaged hair like I have. I noticed another reviewer state this is indicated as a blow dry oil, but has no mention of heat protection on the package or in the product description. I would probably like this product more than what I do if I knew it offered some heat protection, because it's not hitting the hair nourishment desire enough for me alone. How I do enjoy this product though, is actually as a finishing oil to tame little frizzies, and to give that sleek polished style. This product is probably worth buying if you are seeking a nice finishing oil that won't weigh down hair or leave you looking overly greased up. Great finishing touch to either curls or straight ironed hair. Do I think better products exist out there that hit a few more markers in my personal opinion though? Yes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's just okay This product is just okay. I wanted to love it but it was way too heavy for most of my fine haired clients. It made the hair super shiny which is always a plus! I recommend this product just for medium to course haired clients only!

It's very thin so I was expecting it to just absorb right where I put it like most products do. But that is definitely not the case. It spreads very nicely and doesn't weigh the hair down at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am in LOVE!!! I have used it in wet hair before the blow dry process and I have used it after drying, before straightening. I love to use it both ways. The big test was using before the blow dry. I have waves to curl hair that will look like Lion King in a heartbeat. I put the blow dry oil in, blow dried only using my hands (no brush) and my hair looked amazing! Pictures show how smooth! No frizz and no extra fluffs! I was so excited. This lessens my time for styling! The oil is not heavy at all either! So it did not weigh my hair down. After seeing how successful the product was with my hair, I took it into the salon and use it behind the chair to give my ladies a beautiful blowout! Definitely recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could be improved upon I really enjoyed the smell of the oil, it was light and calming. It worked really well so I give it an extra star for that but it really is more like a 3 star with the downside of it pumping WAY too much for each pump and it's a VERY liquidy oil. Now, I know oil is on the thin side but this was almost water like. Overall, I would like to like the product and I'll keep playing with it but those 2 downside make it hard to love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shine on a Blow-out and Curls First I would like to say, I was a little skeptical about using this on both my blown-out hair and my curls. I tried it on my curls first by using it to break the hard cast from the gel on my hair. It gave my hair so much shine without the frizz or greasy residue. Then, I tried it on my blowout to give it some shine and it soaked right into my hair leaving it soft, shiny, and smelling so good. The scent is very light but pleasant. I kept adding the oil every morning to my blow-out after combing through and it always left my hair looking shiny and healthy without it weighing down, looking greasy, or leaving my hands greasy.

I also am not sure if this is a heat protector or not. I feel like something advertised as a blow dry oil should be, but it doesn't say anywhere on the bottle if it is.

Upon first opening of the product it did not have a present smell, however after using product it has a light weight smell and feeling. Not a heavy oil like some can be. I like to use it to help set my curls. Definitely would recommend for someone wanting a light weight product. Uses well in damp and dry hair.

It definitely makes your hair shiny, but if you have fine hair, or even just thin hair it weighs it down and make it look greasy. I think the product would work great on thick, course hair but that's about it.

Between that and some client's naturally occurring frizz products are needed to tame the flyaways. But after trying this blow-dry oil, I'm hooked. The shine it leaves without leaving the hair oily/greasy makes it great. And the serum holds the hair down smoothly without weighing it down.
