Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bonus in the toolbox I have only been able to use this product one time so far. It’s really for a specific style client to me. I don’t have many that would rather to have a matte finish vs a shine. However, my client did say she wanted a more matte finish and thanks to L’Oréal for providing me a sample to review, I had just the product to use!!! She loved it! I would suggest not much at the root, so it doesn’t create a greasy look. My pixie kids will be in love too! For the volume and texture! I will definitely be handing them some for after care.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice light styling paste I was given the opportunity to try the L'ORÉAL Tecni.Art Flex Depolish. I like the consistency of this paste as its light and easy to use. This is a great styling product for all hair types. I’ve used it to deconstruct shorter styles and it works great for slicking back those fly away hairs on ponytails and braids. I’ve used it in place of hairspray to give longer styles that soft tousled look. It works great for restyling the hair and seems to shampoo out easily. I think this is a good option for those that don’t want to deal with a heavier paste. I also like that it comes in a tube instead of a tub.

I would describe this as like a lighter / medium hold with a very slight shine not a completely matte finish. Looked really natural in the hair and was a nice / reworkable hold

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Texturizer I had the opportunity to try L'Oreal's Flex Depolish.  It's a nice, matte texturizer especially for people with short hair and seems to have decent hold throughout the day.  It has a pleasant light fragrance that's not overwhelming.  I would  definitely recommend this product.

This product gives your hair a lasting yet touchable but lasting styling hold that keeps your hair beautiful and styled throughout the whole day and will eliminate any unwanted frizz. It gives your hair tremendous volume and body without any hard or crunchy texture in the hair or without any leftover sticky residue. It’s pliable that keeps your desired style in place without making it overly hard. It remains brush able and soft to the touch. It’s a fantastic styling paste that will create the perfect look that keeps its shape and holds throughout the entire day. I highly recommend you give it a try!

If you desire a textured and messy look, give this product a try. It's also great for fly away hairs and updos. My biggest complaint is the smell. Not great. I did receive the product for free in exchange for writing the review.
