The smell is a bit strong initially, but I've found it doesn't linger and it is a very pleasant smell. I might even like this one more than pureology's color fanatic, and that has been my go-to for 10+ years

It smells good, does make the hair soft, adds some shine, and protects it from heat but I couldn’t tell a difference in helping to control frizz. I think long term I would prefer Redken’s One United I’ve seen more benefits from it than this. On the plus side, this product isn’t as heavy on my hair as one United is, so if you have that problem definitely try this and see if it works for you.

This product came a a great time. I do love that its light weight. I can use it on my dry hair to refresh my style with theme curls. I also love there's not too much fragrance with it. Over all its good. I haven't notices any repairing or shine.
