Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favorite products for 10 years now I use a small pea sized amount of this on the ends as a leave in, more heavy application after shampoo as a rinse out treatment, mix it in with my lightener and toners, fills in porosity after shampoo and before tone really nicely. It can be really heavy on fine hair for styling, but works well as a rinse out for compromised fine hair.

You have to get to experiment and know how much to use when the hair is damp use all over running your fingers through your hair stay away from scalp. you can style with heat or let dry natural and then run wide brush through it. I add one pump as a leave in and this productt is like a filler that fills in the gaps and smooths my wavy textured porous hair. i use a lot of products to keep my hair healthy and i have to say Lanza healing oil and trauma treatments are by far my favorites thus far.

From my own personal experience of becoming a victim of a hair colroing disaster, allow me to share how I was even introduced to this miracle worker! I have long blonde hair. I have taken a long slow process of two years to go lighter and lighter. And finally it was my turn to get to that dream of long, beautiful, HEALTHY, platinum hair! A fellow stylist foiled my entire head with the lightener. The end result? My hair was beyond the point of being overprocessed. Even after months of using the Olaplex and ph bonders and hair masks, I was left with flaky dandelion hair. One blow, and all my little dandelion hairs would just fly away. Like Poof! My hair was falling out in clumps! It was platinum but it was no longer the same texture. I couldnt style it, I couldnt brush it. I could barely even touch it. You realize just how much your hair means to you when its on the verge of all falling out or being cut into a pixie. I go to salon centric, eager to find anything to help fix it. Shannon at my regular SC store showed me the Lanza Trauma Treatment and all she said was “Girl, Trustttt me.” So I did. Maybe after two weeks of using the stuff every. single. day. My hair was starting to get back to its normal state. I could run a brush through it again! I still had my long hair, and I even got compliemnts how healthy and beautiful my hair looked! In all my years of doing hair, I have never seen a product that actually saves your hair even when its past the point of no return. So thanks Lanza and thanks Shannon! I keep a big giant bottle of this in my salon on display so I can use it on all my clients; and also so I can talk about it and show them how great of a product this is. So Lanza, keep em coming! Don’t ever stop making this product because it is literally the holy grail for hair repair. I truly believe that if Trauma Treatment is ever discontinued, it is an actual sign of the end of times and we should all just pack up and go home and say our prayers while we can.....
