1. Mix Kenra Color Simply Blonde No Ammonia Lightener with Kenra Color Creme Developer 10V-20V for on and off-scalp applications, or 10V-30V for off-scalp applications.

2. Mix in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:3 for desired consistency.

3. Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.

4. For best results, apply product generously. Avoid applying formula to previously lightened hair.

5. Process up to 45 minutes. Do not use heat.

6. Rinse thoroughly after processing. Shampoo & condition with appropriate Kenra Professional® care products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This used to be my favorite Before they added the bonder in it, I absolutely loved this lightener. I still love that it’s ammonia free, but since they changed it, it swells so much more. One of my favorite things about it was that it didn’t swell like other lighteners and now it swells a lot! I find myself using more product than I used to and even having to add more developer to get the texture I prefer. I’m really disappointed that they changed it and didn’t at least keep the original one also. I’ll be looking for a new lightener to use. I gave it three stars because it does lift well

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best one out there but needs improvement. Big points for not having any ammonia fumes. I feel so much better using this product versus any other. No more headaches and lightheadedness. I also like the consistency. In comparison to other non-ammonia lighteners, this one is more smooth and creamy. I took down the star, because in comparison to the previous formula, this one I think is actually weaker and does not give me, the 8 levels of the lift as advertised. The other issue is that the consistency quickly changes to very sick and lumpy as you’re working with the product.
