I don’t think this has really made my hair feel any better or stopped breakage, but I love the lather and the smell and it doesn’t weight down my baby fine frog hair which is hard to find. Even without delivering meaningful results regarding damage, I’d keep using this just based on smell and overall experience. Not hard to rinse out, weightless, and you can smell it in your hair all day long.

By just using this shampoo and conditioner set, and a light leave in spray, I can perform any style with any service and the hair is protected and strengthened. Holy grail!
