1. Shampoo with Defy Damage Protective Shampoo and rinse well.
2. Apply Defy Damage In A Flash directly to wet hair (mid-shaft to ends.)
3. Massage into hair until product forms a crème.
4. Leave on for 7 seconds. Rinse.
