How To

DO NOT USE ON SCALP | FOR OFF SCALP APPLICATION ONLY

OFF-SCALP APPLICATION: Mix to the desired consistency (1:1 or 1:2), 1 scoop of Balayage Lightener with 1 or 2 oz of 10 Volume (3%), 20 Volume (6%), 30 Volume (9%), or 40 Volume (12%) Joico developer of your choice.

TIMING: Process for up to 60 minutes or until the desired level is achieved. Do not use heat.
