These perm papers can be easily dispensed from this Fuji Hands-Free Counter Dispenser. As the paper is pulled from the dispenser, a new one pops up ready to be pulled. The dispenser automatically comes with your first 1000 sheets! Perfect The dispenser is 4.5” high x 3” wide x 2.5” deep.
