Apply to wet hair, massage from scalp to ends, rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner focusing on mid-lengths to ends, allowing to absorb 1-2 minutes, detangle then rinse.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Something must have changed? I have been using this on clients for multiple years and have many who use it at home. I've noticed recently that many have been coming in with sores on their scalp, acne, lots of build up, flaking and itchy. Once they switch to a different shampoo, their scalps do a lot better. I really like having a shampoo that is gluten free for clients and I don't think it was always this way so hopefully whatever is causing this can be changed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wanted to love it it smells delicious, consistency is great (very consentrated), and my curls were pretty. BUT it did NOT agree with my scalp. It never felt fully clean, always itchy and was causing acne. I wash my hair every other day and was losing hair like crazy. I wanted to love it, it just didn’t work well for me and I used it for over 6 months.
