What It Is

Design Essentials Bamboo & Silk HCO Leave-In-Conditioner is an intercellular treatment, which acts as a conditioner and a blow-drying agent. Enriched with bamboo extract and silk protein, it quickly penetrates deep within the hair shaft to strengthen and replenish, leaving hair soft, manageable and full of body.

What It Does

• Instantly moisturizes, softens and detangles

• Restores and strengthens the hair shaft

• Provides a protective layer to prevent heat damage

What Else You Need to Know

Free from Sulfates, Mineral Oils and Alcohol

1. Shampoo and condition the hair and towel blot.

2. Spray onto wet hair.

3. Comb through (with a wide tooth comb) to the ends.

4. Proceed to styling, set or blow-dry.

If you have curly hair that tends to lean towards the dry side this is absolutely perfect to add a little more moisture to the hair & keep frizzing at bay

I use it on myself with slightly wavy hair, a little damaged from bleaching, and I use it on my daughter who has naturally curly hair. it leaves both of our hair looking and feeling great! it makes her curls so pretty too! the smell is incredible as well. I'd definitely recommend!

My hair felt so soft and looked so shiny after a blow out. I am a sucker for products that smell amazing so I’m not sure I’d trade this for my OG leave in.

It also has the benefits of restoring your hair and strengthens the hair shaft. I love how it has heat protection to prevent heat damage. A great one I would recommend to my clients and other stylist to use on their clients as well.

I really enjoyed using this leave in conditioner, especially since its a heat protectant as well!! it has a great scent. untangles easily and leaves a nice shine. it was the perfect lazy day do and can work well with heat styles as well! I deff would recommend.

Thank you for making this amazing product!!! It is water based so it’s very easy to apply. It does on super easy and makes your hair feel amazing. Super easy to comb out and leaves your hair strengthened. I will absolutely recommend this gem to anyone looking to keep healthy strong hair. This baby helps to fill your hair making it stronger. Yes please! The bottle isn’t the prettiest but what’s inside is gold!

Definitely different from most conditioner consistency leave ins I go for when shopping. I like this for a quick detangler, light weight touch ups. Mildly tangled hair. If you are looking for a heavy leave in this is not for you. I have enjoyed the switch up. Hair was soft, not weighted down and easily brushed after applying.

This product also adds a protective layer to prevent heat damage making it great to use less products. My hair felt soft after I blew it out. Rated 3 out of 5 by from wow! didn’t think I would like this This stuff really didn’t seem like it was going to do anything for my hair, I spent the week in the dry California dessert and my bleached hair needed help! The consistency of this bamboo spray seems like.. water! It’s very thin unlike my usual spray product. I used this initially@on dry hair as I had a ton of flyaways that were getting very brittle, the product was great! It takes my flyaways and really softened up my hair! I really couldn’t believe it! I have since used it on wet hair and I actually think it does a better job on my hair when sprayed onto my hair when it is dry. The product is really something else but I don’t know if it is something that I would purchase after this bottle is empty.. time will tell, I haven’t seen any long term benefits front this spray but it does work as a quick fix on my dry ends

I have long hair so even though I shampoo and condition my hair in the shower I still find that it gets knotted and tangled very easily. This leave in conditioner make my hair feel very soft and help get rid of all the knots and tangles. After getting out of the shower I towel dried my hair then sprayed this evenly from my scalp to ends, used a wide tooth comb and poof no more tangles! I do like yo cocktail my hair products and highly recommend using an additional blow dry product to smooth and eliminate frizz. The best part is after drying my hair when I wake up the next day I am able to run my hands through my hair where before I would need to take a brush to it immediately.

It’s pretty dual action conditioner and styling protector. It reduces breakage for sure and leaves hair of all textures so soft. Works great as a curl refresher in between washes too. A very multifunctional product for many textures. Highly recommended.

It made it a breeze to comb through and her hair has been tangle free since using it three days ago. Of course ill continue to monitor how it does the next few days. But I am loving it so far

I don’t feel like I had to use much product as with some other brands that I have used in the past. I will be adding this into my regularly used products!
