I submitted a claim that was supposed to be reviewed with 48-72 hours, 1 week later, I call since I never heard back. I'm told since its under $100 it needs to be refunded which can take 3-5 days. I asked for the item to be re-shipped and they declined since its not over $100. Now I'm stuck paying shipping again if I want that 1 item. If I try calling on this, I'm on hold for 2-3 hours...not worth the time.
