SalonCentric ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky (select areas), Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, or internationally.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time.

If you would like to ship to another address, log in to and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.


Shipping rates for orders placed on vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order - click "Shipping (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)" below Order Subtotal.


Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status in the My Account page or contact Customer Care.

For your convenience, you can now text us! Text support is available Monday-Friday between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm EST at 1-727-369-4401. You can text, directly from your cell phone for help with anything except order placement. For order placement, you can log in at When texting, please provide specific information (account number, order number, case number, etc) and one of our reps will reply with a resolution! There is no limit to the amount you can text.

Generally, you should receive your product within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.

Click on My Orders at the top of any page, then click the "Track" button next to the order. Your tracking information (carrier name and tracking number) will be visible, as well as transit status and estimated delivery date. You can also enter your phone number to get text message notifications.

To track the status of your order, first log in to your account. Please remember that when you log in, you will be asked for a shipping address even though you are only looking up information.
