Rated 2 out of 5 by Chris305 from Too thick and annoying glue I love the length and handle of this board but, as others have mentioned, the glue used to stick the brush in the packaging is impossible to remove. I eventually had to use GooGone (which I try to avoid), because nothing else worked. The bigger issue, though, is that the base of the board is too thick so by design, it creates space between the board and the head, so getting really close to the scalp isn’t possible. Good though if you’re using exclusively for balayage.

I’ve tried rubbing alcohol, boiling water , acetone . Not sure what the sticky residue was that was used to stick the brush to board but I would recommend just taping the brush !

Rated 4 out of 5 by april61380 from board wad helpful Although any board is helpful- I agree with the other reviewer, I stuck foil to the glue they attached the brush with! This is just wrong. I wouldn’t throw it away, but I’d suggest you don’t do that any more manufacturer! I did like the upgraded color brush- so it wasn’t a total waste of money.. but I’d not buy this again if it’s glued to it.. just FYI
