Rated 1 out of 5 by from its wasting money and time! Actually, I bought the product and used it on a client. I followed every step of the instructions exactly as recommended. The results looked great immediately after the treatment, but two or three days later, after my client washed her hair, it completely went back to how it was before. She also started experiencing hair loss, so she was very disappointed with the results. In the end, I refunded her the full amount because she was not satisfied.

I should have listened to all the other stylist reviews.I followed the directions to a T, took the online classes, got certified, had multiple email, zoom and phone sessions. every client i did had to be redone, each with different "new" tips and it was still a failure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from use a cap for deeper penetration This product is very customizable. Use a cap for a deeper penetration especially on African American coily hair texture. The whole 45 min then smooth like you would a relaxer at the end the rinse. I took me over 6 times to finally get right . I hated the product at 1st , now I love it. Use the laminate like you would use a leave In. You don’t need alot.
