1. After bleaching process, wash the hair, remove excess water with a towel, and apply Blonde Solutions Liquid Toner. Hair must be level 9 or higher for best results.
2. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes until the desired color effect is achieved.
3. Rinse. Do not shampoo.
