What It Is

A gentle pre-shampoo treatment, ideal for all scalp types.

What It Does

Exfoliates and clarifies the scalp from buildup, excess oil, impurities and dead skin after one use. Hair and scalp are left feeling refreshed, hydrated reinvigorated.

• Before shampooing, section dry hair to expose scalp.

 

• Apply nozzle directly to scalp to apply 10ml of product evenly throughout the scalp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I am so glad that Biolage came out with a product to help remove excess oils and build up from the scalp. This product has an applicator nozzle that makes it easy to apply and it actually feels really good on the scalp. The consistency is pretty watery so it distributes really well. I like that this product is used prior to shampooing so that everything gets shampooed out. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good! I tried the scalp treatment on my teenage son, who usually has a flaky scalp (which is dry skin as opposed to dandruff.) It seemed to clear his scalp nicely. It's very liquidy so be aware when apply it could run drip into eyes, face, ect. He did say there was a slight tingle as it processed. He followed with the shampoo and conditioner, and it seem to have worked good.

And leave on for 15 min. And for a professional service that's too long for me too add for a service they can buy and do the same thing at home.

I felt like this left a residue almost on the scalp after everything was said and done. Like almost weighed the hair down. But it could have been my scalp wasn't needing this particular product. I just didn't feel like it clarified my scalp or made it feel refreshed like other scalp treatments I've used.

The benefits work practically immediately as you're rubbing it into the scalp, and the productcan be left on 5 to 15 minutes! It truly removes the scalp itchiness instantly and feels very refreshing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Messy but totally worth it I have fine, oily hair that I absolutely have to wash everyday, or at least douse in dry shampoo on the second day. Ever since using this system, who is dry shampoo, we don't know her. The concentrate is very liquidy so a lot came out of the bottle and was very drippy, so I'd definitely recommend draping a towel over your shoulders for application. Since a lot would dispense, I accidentally used more than the 10ml, but I think it's a bit of a learning curve and it'll be easier next time. So that's really the only downfall but not cumbersome enough to deduct points. It smelled fantastic and was very comfortable on my scalp- it was never itchy. Having to leave it on for 15 minutes was the only downfall as it's a little time consuming, but it was worth it. After drying, my hair was so bouncy and felt so fresh, it looked like I'd just come from the salon. Not one trace of oily hair, just fabulousness. It also gives that classic Biolage smell that we all know and love and really reduces oil on my scalp so I truly can go longer between washes without looking like I combed my hair with a pork chop lol. I'll definitely be putting this into my weekly routine!

After not washing my hair for a few days + the use of dry shampoo, there can be a lot of build up and the scalp is ready to be washed. It felt clean after applying and massaging—even before I rinsed/shampooed. The whole system works together and this first step really helped my hair/scalp feel clean.

It felt like an oily concentration and I loved the feeling of it on my scalp especially while massaging it for 5 minutes. You actually feel it working wonders on your scalp so definitely leave it on for the next 15 minutes. After that I rinsed it and my scalp felt amazing. I will buy this again for sure especially since I have an oily scalp on a daily basis.
