What It Is

A lightweight, leave-in serum that rebalances an oily scalp.

What It Does

Absorbs and reduces excess oil, preventing sebum from traveling down the hair strand with continued use.

What Else You Need to Know

• After washing, separate towel-dried hair to expose scalp.

• Apply a drop every inch onto the scalp and then massage into the skin for 1 minute.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So/so So I really wanted to love this and I love the idea of it but unfortunately I don't think this product is for fine hair. I love the dropper, the smell is very very subtle and smells fresh, but I think almost mixing it in obviously it got on my hair and when I dried it it looked greasy which was supposed to be the opposite of what it was supposed to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Finishing Touch Biolage Scalp Sync Oil Balancing Serum is what I call the finishing touch! It gives the hair a shine and moisturizes the hair without any residue. It has been a couple of days and the scalp is free of oil residue and the roots of the hair are free of being oily. It has a pleasant fresh smell. Easy to apply with the dropper. I would add a non-greasy oil-free leave in the the midshaft to the ends of the hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This serum has potential I received this product complimentary in exchange for an honest review. I've been trying this serum as part of the four-step system. When I use this product I do feel like I have less oil than normal. I was hesitant to use the serum after using the exfoliator, shampoo and conditioner. My scalp and hair felt very clean but almost a tad itchy because it was dry. I think this serum is nice but I find I prefer to use it on days that I'm not using the exfoliating scalp concentrate. I want to continue to use this serum because I feel the benefits would be seen over time. I do not feel like you will notice all the results with one use.
