What It Is

Scalp Sync Universal Conditioner is a versatile, lightweight conditioner designed to nourish all hair types while promoting a healthy scalp.

Micro-dosed with a concentrate of a fermented tea blend and filtered glycolic acid, this rich, creamy formula gently conditions from root to tip without weighing down hair. It can also be applied directly to the scalp as a treatment to hydrate dry areas, offering relief for up to 72 hours*.

This vegan, cruelty-free conditioner is suitable for color-treated hair and comes in a tube made with 73% recycled plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dandruff Killa I am so thankful to have received this product as a sample so I can test out their new line! I absolutely love the scalp sync line!!!! I personally suffer from dry scalp and excessive dandruff and so do most of my clients. I am so glad I came across this product because it is literally a godsend!! It's perfect for all ages, especially young teens, who aren't scrubbing their hair very well and getting lots of buildup.it's also great for your clients who have an itchy scalp who can never seem to get it under control! There is literally no limit to this. I wouldn't necessarily retail the whole line to my clients. I do like to use this for an in salon service. You can retail the shampoo and conditioner no problem, but I would leave the scalp cleanser as a salon product. Or if you're really feeling generous, you can retail the whole line to them but you would be cutting yourself short so you can't do the service anymore. I'm serious though, if you haven't gotten your hands on it, you need to do it now before it sells out! There's so many scalp cleansing lines on the market, but I swear this is literally the ONE!!

It had slip to it that allowed for in the shower brush and detangling. The formulation is thick and easy to apply to the midshaft to the ends of the hair strands. Easy to wash out and doesn't leave any residue on the hair nor does the hair feel heavy or oily. Leaves the hair with the feel and look of moisturized and clean.

It feels very hydrating after using the scalp sync shampoo. After using the shampoo, my hair feels almost too clean and slightly stripped. So this feels very hydrating. It's a lighter feel than Pureology Hydrate but more than Tea Tree. It's my favorite product in the scalp sync line.

It moisturizes well without being too heavy. It smells great and I could tell an improvement after using it a week. My scalp wasn't itching as much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! So the overall line is really nice. I have an oily and sensitive scalp. My hair feels lighter and less oily after just a couple washes. I tried it because I've used Biolage before and know it would be less likely to irritate my scalp. It helped with both my issues. Within a few washes my scalp was less oily and it didn't bother my sensitivities. It's difficult to find a product that will do both. I would consider buying this product and would recommend it to offers with similar hair/scalp combinations.

Scalp Sync Universal Conditioner is a great product for clients with dry and itchy scalp. I think the trend of dry shampoo has caused many scalp issues for clients. Scalp Sync Universal Conditioner is light weight. I use conditioner on the scalp to ends. I did not experience any oily scalp or residue. The scent is light and delicious.

This gives your scalp a tingly fresh feeling and after using it multiple times it soothes my psoriasis! My only complaint is Matrix products are a little heavy so this definitely weighed my hair down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Conditioner I like the smell of this product and I got compliments also about it in the salon. It is definitely very moisturizing. A little bit goes a long way. It comes out very thick too so it is easy to apply. My only negative is that is full of a lot of additives when these new products are trying to market themselves as a cleaner line. It definitely has a lot of silicones and chemicals in it. I do like that is cruelty free and vegan however. It can be used on all hair types and does not weight down fine/thin hair.

This one is made to use on the scalp to help hydrate and moisturize while also making the hair feel soft as well. I love this conditioner and it's been really helping with my flaking scalp but not making my hair super oily

It feels soothing to the scalp and is actually pretty lightweight. I was afraid that my roots would be greasy because I don't usually put conditioner on my scalp but this was not an issue at all. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something to help soothe the scalp.
