Rated 5 out of 5 by from it’s not broke!!!! bad reviews Best dryer I’ve owned. I thought mine was broken too. It had a self cleaning mode hidden in the manual. I do this daiy and it’s perfection! It takes 20 seconds. Trust me the other reviews didn’t know this. I spoke with bio ionic myself! The cook shot button is on and off and you have to do the self cleaning mode….. amazing dryer

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after two months, extremely disappointing. Extremely disappointed, after 2 months of using it stopped blowing hot air. Most of people that I know who got this blowdrier had the same exact issue. Bioionic needs to recall this model and get this issue fixed because this is unacceptable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I’m not sure why the dryer will turn on by itself. I keep my filters very clean so I’m not sure it’s going to short out. I have had blow dryers Bioionic for years and they have all been excellent dryers not this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This blow dryer will not even last a year. I purchased this blow dryer in March 2023. Started only blowing cold air in October 2023. I used this as my person blow dryer, only using it twice a week since March. I sent it in for warranty and received an email today saying they are denying my claim for warranty stating that the filter was clogged. When I sent it in the filter was not clogged at all. I have many tools from Bio Ionic and have never had a problem. I will never purchase from this company again and will inform all of my fellow hairstylists and friends about my experience. I would highly recommend to not purchase this blow dryer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped heating up after 3 months I have been doing hair for about 15 years and have had every dryer under the sun. While this dryer is lightweight and efficient, it stopped heating up after about 3 months. For the price point, I would steer clear.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from defective This was the absolute best dryer I’ve ever had for about 39 days before it started turning on randomly on its own. I put up with that, but then the heat stopped working. Had to return it. Want it again but reading many reviews with the same problem!

I am hearing impaired and the fact that it was quiet really helped me hear my clients and not be exhausted at the end of the day. I bought this dryer match 21st 2023. it stopped producing heat July 26 2023. There is no one answering their phones. I know I registered it the day I got it, but can't access my account. I have emailed them and received no response. Salon Centric should stop carrying this because it is absolute trash and Bio Ionic customer service has completely gone down hill. I have probably owned 90% of the dryers they have released over the years. This had just left a horrible taste and don't think I will ever trust them again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Love that this dryer had a 10yr warranty. Was one of the main reasons I purchased one. Little did I know the dryer would be junk 6 months in. Love the shape, lightweight and powerful just DOES NOT LAST!!! We’ve had to return 3 of these dryers within our salon. Would love to see BIOIONIC recall this dryer, fix all the issues and send us a better made one.

I had to purchase a diffuser separately. The concentrator needs to be set in with force and gets very hot. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reliable! I bought this blow dryer 7 months ago and I am in the process of returning my second one back to manufacturer. Its an ok blow-dryer and it didn't get to hot or burn myself or my clients, but It will turn on by itself, and most recently it stopped working and lights were flashing. After awhile it started working again. I cant rely on this while Im working. Plus mine did not come with a diffuser!

It turned on by itself and blew out air backwards. I have a shoulder injury and switching to this blow dryer from a Paul Mitchell so much lighter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from super lightweight and powerful! I’ve had this dryer for about 3 months now and really love it. 4 other girls at my salon use it as well and have had no problems. The ticking feature just means you need to clean it (theres a self cleaning feature) which is helpful! Its so light weight and gets pretty hot. I used my last bioionic dryer for about 3 years and im hoping this one lasts the same.

One day it just wouldn’t turn on and the motor would just click . My second within in weeks it will not allow me to adjust any heat or speed settings!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
