The most lightweight dryer I have used in nearly 19 years behind the chair. Still maintains the heat and power I prefer and dries quickly! The sound is different than other models, but was easy to get used to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sara from horrible company I bought this dryer and in 6months it got clogged pretty bad and I had to return the hairdryer, they then stated that it was a user error on not cleaning it properly and refused to send it back to me due to liability reasons and then refused to help replace it in any capacity. This company is absolute garbage and I will never buy from them again. Honestly, it’s more disheartening than anything.

The new one has done well, except the attachment nozzle will not stay on during use, therefore I’m not able to do blowouts. So it’s useless to me now. Sad, I wanted to love it so bad

Rated 3 out of 5 by haylee from I hate that I love it I absolutely love the performance of this dryer. It is quiet, lightweight, and super efficient. The downside is that they break super easily. I’m working on dryer #3 🥲. I’m sure it would last longer if I follow the manufacturers directions of cleaning out my filter at least once per day, but when you’re in the salon and busy behind the chair, it’s hard to do it so often. I get super frustrated every time one breaks, but I do end up purchasing it because I really enjoy it when it is working.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hill from do not forget the warranty!! I absolutely loved it in the beginning. So light weight so dried hair fast. But in less than 2 months having it, it stopped heating up. I cleaned it properly every day. I missed the window for registering it for warranty (which was totally my fault) but didn’t expect for it to break in less than 2 months for how expensive it is.

Sadly after a year and a half, it stopped working, even with doing the proper cleaning that is recommended. I did sign up for the warranty. Had to pay $35.00 to ship back. They did send a new one, three weeks later. I had to purchase another back up to use in that time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Susan from I love it ,But… I love this dryer it’s powerful and soooo lightweight. You have to clean the filter very often. And even with doing that I’ve had a few weird issues. Now it’s that it’s so loud even though I have cleaned it thoroughly. There are no directions on how to manage this. I found on bioionics instagram. A post about how to reverse the flow of air to clean it out. That should be in the dryer instructions. I’m tying it today, let’s see if it helps. Fingers crossed because I love this dryer

I sent it back for repair or replacement (because it had a 10 year warranty) and they said they would not cover it because the filter wasn’t cleaned! I only had it 3 months! Horrible Company. Save your money and don’t do business with them. I have 3 other dryers of theirs but that was the last.

It worked ok for a couple months and then it started having problems. This has NO POWER. It takes forever to blowdry. It gets so hot that it has burned the inside of the concentrator. Now when I turn it on it blinks for like a solid 30 seconds…. While I’m waiting for it to turn on… even my clients are like ummmmm ok… I googled that, says the self cleaning needs to be activated. I’ve done that, it is still doing this. Says to restart it. I did that, it is still broken. I hate this dryer. It was so expensive too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cesar from Needs Improvement [Employee of saloncentric] I was looking for a lighter blowdryer available and this dryer is light but it also lacks a heavier air flow, smaller nozzle concentrator, higher heat for it to be able to meet the demands of a stylist who works with textured hair. It’s great for styling who mainly focus on finer hair who don’t need much stretching to be done.

I wasn't in love with it from the beginning but about 10 months in it started having electrical issues. The blow dryer would randomly turn on when it was turned off. I sent it back through the warranty process and they denied it. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Save your money and buy something else.

I had it a home but having it in the salon is way worth it for my client’s signature styles. I will buy another one for home since I miss it so much for my self.

This blowdryer doesn’t smooth hair that great, takes alot of effort to do a blow out . I don’t love it. I like the weight and quality of the body but heat wise , it doesn’t smooth effortlessly. Can still hear conversation because the noise isn’t too loud . Wish the ON and lock were clicks instead of up and down . Dread blowing heavy wavy hair , this blowdryer takes forever and need a flatiron to smooth most of it .buy it if u like lightweight and long cord but don’t buy if u have lots of client wirh lotsa of hair .
