Rated 1 out of 5 by Better hair from Save your money Worked great until it didn't. Start having problems within 2 months of purchase- just out of the window of return. This is a very expensive blow dry that doesn't last at all!! Very disappointed since Bionic dryers usually are reliable

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cesar from Needs Improvement I was looking for a lighter blowdryer available and this dryer is light but it also lacks a heavier air flow, smaller nozzle concentrator, higher heat for it to be able to meet the demands of a stylist who works with textured hair. It’s great for styling who mainly focus on finer hair who don’t need much stretching to be done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Court from Don't waste your money This is one of the worst blow dryers I've worked with over the course of my career and I've been doing hair for over a decade. I wasn't in love with it from the beginning but about 10 months in it started having electrical issues. The blow dryer would randomly turn on when it was turned off. I sent it back through the warranty process and they denied it. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Save your money and buy something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Selena from worst blow dryer ever After only 30 days blow dryer broke. went & got replacement only for new one to make weird noises and blow out burnt smell , dryer sucks do not buy , have other stylist tell me theirs also never worked . Cant believe they still sell these , there should be some type of class act for the waste of time & money .
