Rated 2 out of 5 by from Light, but inefficient I really like how lightweight this dryer is, but the airflow is a little too extreme. Even on the lowest setting it comes out kind of intensely. When using it with a diffuser the air still comes straight through the middle rather than being dispersed throughout the attachment. When rough drying fine hair I can get it very tangled. Yet somehow with as powerful as it is it also seems to take longer than expected to dry the hair. The heat coming out is so concentrated to one small surface area that it doesn't get the surrounding areas at all. I always jokingly refer to it as a leaf blower because it's a really intense airflow concentrated in a very narrow airspace

Rated 1 out of 5 by from reccuring warranty issue/loss of heat starts off great.. however am now in the middle of another warranty claim due to loss of heat (for the 2nd time) last warranty claim was less than a year ago. I am careful not to drop this tool, as its pricey and essential. can not even reach an actual human to speak to about the issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from would recommend the blow dryer is pretty good, not noisy and pretty lightweight. i’ve only had this blowdryer for a year and i’ve had to send it back 2 times already, atleast it has a 10 year warranty. but they do take forever to send back a new one, you also have to pay to ship it back

I loved this at first but it just died on me in middle of blowing out a client. I have a coworker that had one as well and she had nothing but problems with it too. I ended up purchasing another Babyliss Portofino because I had another one that is still going strong after 6 years!! The only positive about this one is they got the lightweight part down but the benefits stop there...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I dont reccomend Not even a year after purchasing this dryer it started cutting off randomly while drying, i submitted a claim with bioionic and never heard back from them now another year later its still having issuses and now has an awful delay, i clean it regularly, im careful with it so its not misuse i submitted another claim and am currently attempting to contact them but i can onyy get ai. highly dissatisfied. i DON'T reccomend
