Rated 2 out of 5 by from not great I had high hopes for this dryer. The power isn’t great. Blow dries take longer. It’s really hard to hold on to and bothering my wrist and hands. Like you really have to grip it to keep it balanced. I’m returning it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from heating has gone out twice I love it until I don’t. The heating mechanism has gone out in it twice in one year. Bio Ionic stands by their warranty however it’s very frustrating when it goes out in the middle of your client and then you have Tonya to send it back and wait two to three weeks for a replacement all for it to go out again! It’s stated making the same noice today and I am afraid it will be going out again… Bio Ionic knows there is a problem but has not fixed the issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from On my 3rd warranty I bought this when it was first released and im on my third warranty. when you contact bio ionic, you get a reply from AI. I cant get through to a real person to talk about the fact that this dryer sucks. I just got it back from the second warranty and it lasted two weeks. it also shuts off mid blowdry to never work again. Dont buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from replaced 2x in 9 months I’m not one to write reviews, but I wish I would have read reviews on this. First one I had stopped working in the first 2 weeks. Salon centric replaced it, and the second one worked fine for 8 months and then stopped blowing hot air. Its never been dropped, I clean the filter and take good care of it…It’s not covered under warranty because I didn’t register it after I purchased it… however, after how terrible it’s been, I don’t even want another one… switching brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t Last + Poor Warranty I have gone through 3 in the past 1 1/2 years. each time i submit it in for my warranty claim and they tell me whatever is wrong isn’t covered. I take care of my tools… always cleaning, I don’t drop them, I unplug when they arent in use. I have had one stop blowing hot air, one stop working all together, and one take over 2 minutes to turn on after i press the on button.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Worth The Price Haven't had the dryer for an entire year and its falling apart. I was impressed at first. But then the filter started falling out and it takes 5 whole seconds to start up. It didn't do that when I first got it. It works for now. But this blow-dryer is not worth its price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from don’t recommend I purchased this dryer 5 months ago. I clean the filter religiously. It doesn’t blow anywhere as near as powerful as it used to. And it flashes the lights when I turn it on and takes 10 seconds to come on.
