Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst dryer ever! bought 3 for my salon and within 4 months all 3 have either had major issues from overheating and making weird crunching noise to not working at all. bioionic charges shipping to and from for warranty and even when sent back it they still stopped working. dont waste your time or money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love it but don’t trust it’ll last. Ready to return 2nd Smart X Dryer. Dryer turns on randomly without touching it at work. First one did the same then stopped working altogether aft 5 months. Love the lightweight, low noise features but not sure what’s up with it. Too expensive and too new not to question this issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 90% Happy with purchase Drys hair faster. It’s lighter to work with. However in the first 3 months it began stalling on the start up. There’s a strange delay between hitting the in switch and when it actually starts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working within a month Loved it so much my coworker went to buy the same one. And both of ours stopped working within a week of each other. We didn’t even use them for a full month. I had a Babyliss rápido that I had for 3 years. Might have to go back to that one. Oh yeah and the warranty is a pain and bioionic is far from helpful on the phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not recommend Its light weight but I don't think it sped up my blowouts. After a few months it started turning itself on and could only be turn off by unplugging it. I purchased this in October 2022 as soon as it became available and by June it stopped working completely. Bought my employee a Chi Lava and it's AMAZING! Do not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, I love it. Staying optimistic I read all the reviews about this dryer breaking. Me and my 2 coworkers have had for a few months and have not had issues. Hopefully writing this review doesn't jinx it. I have a hearing disability, so it being quiet helps me a lot. My coworker who has arm issues loves how light it is. The whole salon is so much quieter now. Clients have even commented. So praying ours to conk out, because it really is wonderful when it works well.
