This new one was the second flat iron I’ve bought within 2 years and this is the second time I’ve caught it smoking! The plates completely combusted and thank god I was around to smell the smoke! Would not recommend. This flat iron cannot handle our profession.

Just purchased this new version and it does not flow smoothly through the hair and pulls the hair about 3inches from the ends. I actually had little piece of broken hair sticking to the edges. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dangerous Loved this iron until it internally caught fire after 5 months! Melted the protection around the plates and started smoking. Who knows if it would have actually been a big electric fire. Thankfully I was there to unplug!
