Never ever received an email or any kind of notice that this was on backorder. I had ordered it for a lady who was leaving on a vacation and needed her new blow dryer and she did not get her new blow dryer because I was not notified. I’ve been a customer of Salon Centric for many years. I’ve been a hairdresser for over 40 and I have always remain loyal with your company. I have absolutely nothing but trouble with your website when I try to order online from now on I will just go to the store. I have much better luck and the ladies in the Port St. Lucie Fla office are wonderful especially Valencia. She is always ready to help me with anything that I need. She’s pleasant. She’s sweet personable. You need to give her a big fat raise because the people who work for your online department don’t do their job well

The buttons that control the blow dryer are located in the exact area where you would support and hold the dryer, thereby the user would have tendency to shut of the power of this dryer randomly. I continue to use this dryer because of the great blowing power.
