It’s not very smooth sliding down the hair, especially when trying to curl with it. It says the shape makes it versatile for styling, but it’s not. It’s almost impossible to curl with it. Catches WAY bad and the curl doesn’t hold.

The vibration plates stop working at random times and it doesn’t seem like it holds that much heat either. I rarely use this but when I do I’m not impressed. I would recommend searching for an alternative flat iron. I’m sad too because I’m obsessed with my 10x Bio Ionic Blow Dryer but disappointed in this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sad Customer from please do not waste your money I’ve had the same luck with all Bio Ionic products, so I shouldn’t be surprised. I bought this flat iron a year ago. It was for home use, and I barely ever used it (maybe 3x per month). The part that vibrates has stopped working. I will say that it was great until that happened, but I’ve had so many issues with their products not lasting with MINIMAL use, that it’s just not worth it to me.
