I’ve had good experience with the warranty people. It’s almost as quiet as the “quiet dryers” but does a better job. It’s lightweight and has a real long, softer than most cord.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for Salon Use Bought this last year for work. It’s about the same weight as most other dryers, and is on the long side especially with the concentrator on. My biggest issue is that despite being 2000W it is not powerful. Even on the high heat and speed settings, it takes significantly longer to do a blowdry with this than other dryers. Even after 30 minutes of use, the same technique and brushes I’d use with another dryer, the hair is still cool to the touch and slightly damp when I use this. Just not the kind of power you need in a salon dryer. Would only recommend for home use.

So be careful with this item

The only downside I could find is the diffuser it comes with because it's a bit flimsy and doesn't latch on well.
