I used it for the first time today and granted it was on for over an hour at my station in the holder built in to my station drawer. I grabbed it like anyone would and it severely burnt my hand. It felt like I grabbed the barrel. This is a terrible design. This needs to be recalled, I can’t be the only stylist to have this experience.
