Rated 2 out of 5 by from not worth it Had to replace my original one within 3 months of having it. Didn’t heat up properly and made my blow dry time go up an extra 15 minutes. First one replaced under warranty. My second one I’ve had for about 8-9 months and is starting to give out. Fan speed changes audibly without me touching any buttons started giving me issues about a month into me receiving it and I reached out again to have it replaced and got no response.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from be careful Like others have said the heating element seemed to stopped working after only having it for a year and a half. My biggest concern though was that it started making a popping sound and green sparks started coming out of the dryer while using it. I’m forced to buy another dryer not even 2 years later because of the possibility of a fire risk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Takes forever to blow dry. Doesn’t leave a smooth finish at all. I definitely would not recommend this. When you take off the nozzle, after you blow-dry, you burn your fingers. If I could I would give it a zero.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great product I bought this dryer wanting to upgrade my Babyliss Nano titanium mid-size dryer and I am disappointed. It leaves my hair feeling dry (even with the ion setting on) and I can't get enough heat to really get a good blowout without blasting the hair and making it all frizzy (and super dry and tangled). If I was able to return the dryer, and go back to the mid-size nano titanium, I would in a heartbeat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this because it had so many good reviews… Blowdryer is super lightweight but SO LOUD for how small it is! However my major concerns are it does get super hot especially around the the air nozzle and sometimes I like to hold it on the base and I cannot because it gets too hot I’ve had clients complain that it gets too hot when I’m using it. Also the concentrator moves around wayyy too much it doesn’t stay in one place and no matter how much you push it in it’s not fully secure and it moves around a lot and it’s very frustrating. I’ve had this one for less than a year and I’m already looking to buy a new one
