Unfortunately, my experience with SalonCentric's shipping and customer service has been nothing short of frustrating. After ordering three sets, I only received one, leading to a lengthy ordeal trying to resolve the issue. My attempts to contact SalonCentric through multiple channels proved fruitless. I tried their online contact form, submitted a support ticket, and even called their customer service directly. Despite promises of a response within 1-2 business days, I heard nothing back. It wasn't until I filed a dispute with my credit card company that SalonCentric finally acknowledged the problem. While they did send a package containing some other missing items from my order, they still failed to include the two additional sets I had paid for. My follow-up support ticket has gone unanswered, leaving the issue unresolved. If you're interested in this product, I'd strongly recommend purchasing through Cosmoprof instead. The product quality is fantastic, but SalonCentric's customer service and shipping reliability simply aren't worth the hassle.
