What It Does

Go ahead—put your dryers, irons and curlers on blast. Your mane can take it. Just a few drops of this nutrient-packed defender shield hair from heat styling and blow drying, without getting fried or frizzing out afterward. Forms a protective barrier around the cuticle for a smooth finish while revitalizing hair's softness and shine.

• Prepping: Distribute 2-3 pumps throughout damp hair. Heat style as desired.

• Finishing: Distribute 1-2 pumps throughout dry hair, focusing on the ends.

I noticed that the conditioner was a barrier which made it a little harder to do a silk press, but this stuff by itself after the hair has received a good shampoo and conditioner or deep conditioner is awesome and will leave the hair silky straight! Thank me later

I really really wish it wouldn’t come in a glass bottle though!! They drop and break so fast and I end up having to get a new one sooner than later!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from We love this product and that it offers heat protection, plus the smell is great! But our one HUGE complaint is that it comes in a glass bottle. I cannot tell you how many bottles have been lost before their time due to this fact. I don't know if it's necessary for the preservation of the product of itself but it's an oil so it's slippery and then you add a glass bottle into the mix and it's a disaster waiting to happen. We carry other brands of oils in salon and they are not packaged in glass bottles so maybe food for thought on their part.
