Pillow Proof Blow Dry Two Day Extender Dry Shampoo extends the life of your blow-dry, instantly refreshing hair and absorbing oil for ""pillow proof"" results.

 

Shake well and spray evenly onto hair. Brush through to remove any excess. Works best on hair that hasn't been freshly shampooed. Blast dry using fingers for tousled texture or a round brush for volume.

 

PRO TIP: Mist on hair before locking in or finishing styles with any Redken Hairspray.

This one functions just as good (cuts back the grease without leaving a thick residue or drying your hair out), BUT the fragrance is just way too strong. I’d rather be able to smell my parfume than have my hair smell like this. And the scent LASTS seemingly all day, because hours later a could still smell it. I’m also not sure how to describe the scent but it reminds me of cheap hairspray from 2002. If they could lighten that up then this would be a 5 star product to me, but I just can’t get over the smell.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This used to be my favorite dry shampoo This was my favorite dry shampoo and I've tired well over 20 different ones over the years! You could say I'm a dry shampoo junkie! Since they came out with the dark and light tone options i feel like the formula has changed, I'm not sure if it actually has but the smell is completely different and sometimes comes out really wet now. I can't use it more than one day without lots of build up and I used to be able to use it all week long I try to wash my hair once a week. so I'm not sure what happened here.. wish they would go back to the old formula.

And it now has a very strong “perfume-like” smell to it. In addition to the strong smell the product itself doesn’t seem to work as well as before. I’m overall disappointed with the changes. Why fix something that want broken?!
