What It Is

Purple shampoo that tones the most extreme blondes.

What It Does

Reduces unwanted warm and brassy tones in blonde, grey and lightened and highlighted hair.

What Else You Need to Know

• Vegan and not tested on animals

• Free of gluten, sulfates, parabens

Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse (followed by Belfast Conditioner). For maximum toning results: Leave on hair for 3-5 minutes.

* Please note that when using Barcelona some minimal, temporary staining may occur so it is recommended to use gloves when using this product, especially when using for maximum results for 3-5 minutes.

Barcelona Shampoo is purple pigmented to instantly tone and brighten blonde hair. Use as a complete system with Belfast Conditioner.

So I’ve tried quite a few and here’s what makes Barcelona my fave: the pigment is strong enough so I don’t have to mix up a separate toner yet it doesn’t grab like the Viral shampoos. The lather is substantial and billowy and the fragrance is so yummy! So skip Fanola, No More Yellow, Shimmer Lights, Barcelona is all you need.

It has the same wonderful smell from all of the pulp riot products, has a rich lather, and the violet pigment in it is intense and works great for kicking out those brassy yellow tones from blonde hair. Clients appreciate the convenience of having a delicious smelling toning shampoo to maintain their cool tones at home as well. It is now exclusively the toning shampoo we offer as it pairs great with the pulp riot faction8 colors as well as the semipermanent colors. The shampoo itself also does not dry the hair out as I typically find from competitors, and pairs well with the conditioner/leave-in.

Besides the pump, which is a little hard to get use to especially when you compare them to redken/biolage liter pumps...But i can assure you that it is worth getting use to.Barcelona is the new standard! It cleanses,tones, & doesn’t leave my cljents hair dry. This shampoo smells amazing, a little goes a long way and the liter size last for a couple months. Clients always comment aboout how they like the smell and the tone almost every single time I use it on their blonde hair. It’s become a must have in my backbar.
