How To

Mix one part Pure Light Power Lightener to three parts PRAVANA Crème Developer or to the desired consistency. Apply to dry hair.

It’s easy to use add I like that it doesn’t have the tendency to bleed out of the foils like other lighteners do. This lightener doesn’t puff up ridiculously like some others do. I really like it.
