• Matrix’s Cream developer 20-Volume can be used on all levels, all textures, all hair patterns and in hair that is natural, or color treated.

What It Does

Matrix cream developer mixes hair color to an ideal consistency for controlled and precise applications. It is fully stabilized and buffered to ensure consistent and uniform color results

What Else You Need to Know

• Matrix cream developer is available in 10(3%), 20(6%), 30(9%) and 40(12%) volume

• SOCOLOR mixes in a 1:1 ratio with 10, 20, 30 or 40 vol

 

• Process at room temperature for 30-45 minutes

 

• Always follow manufacturer's packaged instructions.

The consistency of the actual products when mixed was thick enough to coat the hair, but thin enough to paint and penetrate through the each hair strand. Need to use on guests below a level 5 to see the lifting power, but all in all a great product for curls!

That being said, THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! Pictures do not do it justice. My client went from a 2N to 6N and if she wanted to see probably could have went to 7! And the best part is there WAS NO CHANGE to her curl pattern. Will be sticking to this for my curly girls!

I feel that though because normally curly textures are a little thicker they don't lift quite as nice as. I'm really a fan of how even it does lift the hair and how many levels of lift we are able to achieve. I truly feel as though this developer when mixed with lightener helps preserve the curl pattern instead of damage and undo it.
