1. Shampoo (appropriate Wellness Shampoo by Malibu C recommended) and rinse, then apply Miracle Repair throughout the hair.
2. Process at room temperature for 3-5 minutes, then rinse.
3. For severely damaged hair, process Miracle Repair under heat for 5-10 minutes, then rinse.
