I rarely have to use 10 vol unless it is extremely difficult whites. Demi always covers for me. I would recommend to anyone. The health of the hair is so much better after using.

If you're having a issue with coverage ,mixing ratio or anything else please reach out to the rep and set up a tech education class or a zoom/Skype class. I have used this color for about 8yrs and have not had a lot of issues. We all know some clients do have resistant white or grey hair so maybe use 20 vol developer and process a little longer. Hope this helps all those who had an issue. Happy Coloring!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impressed with color options but not how it works. I tried this line because its a premium line and I expected premium results. Grey coverage is hit or miss. The color itself is very dense so therefore VERY hard to spread, this making you use more so a 3 ounce tube is more like 1 1/2 with how much you have to use to cover the hair. The colors themselves and mixed are beautiful! I just can't justify paying 9.05 a tube for a color to not cover grey and using 3/4 of a tube for a grey retouch. Demi and demi/trans also shift the natural base so watch out for that!

I have tested this color for gray coverage (which went well) however the level was not true to what it should be. I used it for tonal dimension and the regrowth turned orange. When I used it for highlift it went o-k. Not Impressed by this color at all. There are MUCH better options out there.

It give the hair so much shine and makes it feel like silk, it has great coverage, and it's so easy to use if you want permanent or demi or glossing.
