What It Does
A fresh alternative to traditional permanent haircolor, LUO®COLOR with nutrishine technology delivers multi-reflective results, illuminating hair’s natural dimension while providing shimmering coverage of up to 70% white hair. A wide variety of shades (including pastels) provides unlimited creativity and a truly “different” taste in color. The pearlescent crème gel provides up to 2½ - 3 levels of lift.

Easy mixing & application with either an applicator bottle or shaker/brush.
• Use with 25-volume LUO®COLOR developer
• LUO®PASTELS tones pre-lightened hair
• Mixing ratio: 1:1.5
• Development Time: 20 minutes; Up to 10 minutes for LUO®PASTELS
• Ionene G and Cationic Polymers: provide increased shine by perfecting the surface of the hair to provide a smoother surface for greater reflection of light.
• Grapeseed Oil: nourishes the surface of the hair during the coloring process, providing superior conditioning and shine.
• Ionene G: protects hair from the core of the surface throughout the coloring process for long-lasting results.
